INTRODUCTION
Making A Difference

Development Workshops
Training young talent
South Side Netball Development was started to support all the netball players in the Southern Suburbs – especially from the South Peninsula. Less priviledged athletes are sponsored into the Workshops. Our older athletes are trained to equip them with the necessary skills needed for Provincial Trials. We could not have foreseen what an impact Provincial Achievements would have on our girls when applying for High Schools and University/Colleges. Unexpencted, rewarding success!
Social Netball
For the love of Netball
Our Social Netball League is currently going strong, hosted at Fish Hoek High School Indoor court every Thursday evening. It is a friendly, fun environment and provides our young umpires with a platform to build their confidence.
Funds raised go towards our South Side Netball girl’s tours, whether at a Provincial level or Development Tours.
No profit is made from this league.
Coaching & Umpire Opportunities
Going the extra mile
South Side Netball Development has implemented a Coaching Development & Umpiring Development arm to our Development Programme. With the assistance of NSA & WCNF we are able to put our aspiring young coaches & umpires through the various courses. Currrently most of our senior girls are qualified as either a coach or an umpire.
